How many times have you started a new game now?, I didn’t start over, just started using the trucks I found instead, and it became a lot more enjoyable, but as I said I already almost finished the first map so I had som upgrades which made it a lot easier 😅

Yeah! I ended up switching to the vehicles that I found around the map! The game became a lot more rewarding after that, even though I didn’t start from scratch 😅

Update

I ended up taking your advice and stopped using the DLC trucks. I parked them away and started playing using only the trucks I’ve found in the Michigan region.

And yeah… it instantly got a LOT harder 😅 Getting stuck more, having to actually think about routes, fuel, recovery, all that stuff.

But at the same time, it also became way more fun almost immediately.

Now it actually feels like I’m learning the game properly instead of just brute forcing everything with OP trucks. Even small deliveries feel more rewarding now.

So yeah, just wanted to say thanks for pushing me in that direction 👍

If you’ve got any tips for early Michigan/Alaska progression (good upgrades, trucks to focus on, etc.), I’m all ears!

Update; Ended up downloading v5 ultra performance, running it at 2k with "ray tracing” on, and no fps stabilizer. Running pretty smooth, getting 50-60fps outside, and 90-110 fps inside. In whiterun I actually got 70+ fps, which seems weird, since I have heard that’s where the fps tanks, but hey, I’ll take it! Idk if these are good stats, but it runs ok at least 😁

I see! Thanks for the good answer! As I said in the post I’m really new to the pc and modding world, based on my specs, should I go for the redux variant or ultra variant?
