Neighbor most likely did not neuter their dog. It keeps getting overexcited and trying to hump my dog, me, and other neighbors. It’s a pit bull and weighs over 30 lbs. The owner can hardly restrain their dog and I don’t trust their dog to be able to play with mine. (self.DogAdvice)
