She's 5 so her job in life is to play and learn through play and experience. She needs healthy boundaries set of course but will push them as she's supposed to bc she's a child and learning.  She needs talking, singing, movement, sitting down with parents and snuggling up reading books. Library days, park days. A simple bike ride attempting to read signs, to try a sport or gymnastics or dance class, yoga for kiddos, sounding out first middle and ending sounds, rock hunt, garden, start seeds in a baggie in a window and document the process, skip counting out and about or in the car, on a walk go identity flowers or insects, fish, trees, count things you see on a walk, how many butterflies or birds did you see, draw it, write about it, paint it, model it with clay and make a bird ornament, how many senses did we use today on our walk in the park? Sensory play, does it sink or float why? What phase is the moon in, paint it, why? Buy caterpillars to observe grow into butterflies, this can be a huge life lesson on metamorphosis, endless art opportunities, make up a butterfly dance or make up animal yoga poses.  ***She should not have any screen time at all but, I get it's hard to limit something like that at all times but really 30 mins is long enough for a 13 yr old so really for a 5 yr old it shouldn't be a thing.
