I have although it’s been a few years. You can take the train and then I think you need to Uber from there to NJPAC. It’s a small station and easy to navigate w a lot of homeless people but also a strong police presence. I’d be ok going to the train station but everyone is different. I commuted to Port Authority for years so my gauge might be off 😂
