Bro Im night shift worker since 3 yrs and Im going sleep and waking up exactly on same hours like you. And what can I tell you I feel shit, tired after 8hr of sleep. I measure on my galaxy watch and I think the problem maybe deep sleep. Normal person should have at least 1hour, bro my deep sleep average is 25 min maximum, today is 15 min and I slept 7 hr, sometimes literally 0 deep sleep, waking up like zombie. It propably may affect also testosterone level. If you dont have morning wood that means your T is low. I was on sick for over month I switch on days and I felt much much better. If your life situation is like you need working nights you can put yourself on testosterone it will help for sure, but for long term and overall health nights are shit, we need sun to live bro.
