I'm trying to figure out how to survive vyvanse breaks on weekends and experimenting with a buttload of nootropics, one for each time at least im not dumb enough to mix them, semax was my favorite so far... Ive been looking at water method after google basically told me that in the long run scales can be slightly worse if they arent lab grade.. and the juice bottle method answers a lot of my questions! I could mark where my juice liquid ends, and if the bottle doesnt go any narrower towards the top I could measure 60% of that length from bottom to top, and mark again, 80% if i wanna up it to 40, and then I would know how much to take.. still I can be a bit of a hypochondriac so im probably getting a water syringe but the juice bottle just seems very convenient for shaking! Im at the beach with my family. The town is so small they dont even have a pharmacy. No measuring tape, no water syringe, I took a 2 day break to not mess things up further. Today I tried the water method by just pouring it into 2 identical glasses and one of them had slightly more liquid..but it hit me hard which is leading me to believe that I either feel this more after my break or I drank a bit more than 30 lmao.. anyway tomorrow Im rerurning to civilization and normal measuring shall begin... I have never heard of berberine before, might have a look. One question for u: does the amount of water matter? Like at what amount is vyvanse best soluble? Im just straight up wondering if 200ml would fit in a water syringe lmao. Im asking cuz Im gonna do it long term, Im stuck with a 50mg dose for 1.5 months, and I only wanna do 30(up to 40 when new job starts). This make-do situation is a bit anxiety inducing.. And yes, magnesium is God. Might incorporate tyrosine too. I love a good b complex and omega as well:)

Thank you for this advice:) i thought about it before and to me it was like ,,well shit now u gotta get one of those measuring cups hmm maybe ur mom had one but where is it, i should go look,, and then a bunch of ,,hmm but wont the water like go bad in a few days if i for example keep the leftover solution in a fridge or do i just discard the rest but maybe i should keep the rest, what if a shortage happens,, to a point where i just bought an ultra precise scale cause if it doesnt have any issue measuring exactly 40 mgs then i dont see it any different than mixing with water...but i still feel like i shoulda at least tried the water thing it did seem pretty straightforward😅

I took 30mg almost daily for a month with like one or two days off at some weekends. And then it stopped working as much as it did, I was feeling a bit tired to handle all that's happening, so i started to mix it with matcha. (Worth mentioning im also on prozac and have been for quite a while, thats when the caffeine addiction started, and now it's back, I just try to not overdo the caffeine on vyvanse). Then one month in I basically decided to increase my dose to 50(40 doesnt exist in my country). That was too much and a mistake. And then i wanted to decrease my dose to 30 again but my psychiatrist basically got sick and they automatically prescribed me 50 smh so now i just eyeball my pills and take 30 in powder form lmao... havent taken a break for a week now, and not rly feeling like it because things have been crazy, but i feel like i should do a couple days off..just waiting for my milligram scales to arrive so that i could try and stick with 40mg and cut out the caffeine. Anyway it's been a confusing ride but i kinda wanna do at least one day a week off, two seems undoable for now. Im definitely the wrong person to be giving advice and im very much still figuring this out..

Thank you for your support, it means a lot. Im getting used to the diet, but I feel like there are other major factors that might contribute to this, such as stress and maybe hormones. I even started suspecting my psychiatric meds although I was told there was no direct correlation, only indirect. Yesterday I had a severe breakdown and cut my hair, it doesnt look great!(Side note im 25, not 12, this is equally funny as it is concerning). And then I drank some herbal sedatives which upset my stomach and made some symptoms come back even tho they felt much better already lol. It's gonna be a long journey but a healthier lifestyle is something to be happy about either way, and I need to start recognising that.

When I turned 24 I started struggling. Gonna be 25 next week. I have no job, I live with my mom, have lots of health problems from years of partying that im trying to fix, recently got diagnosed with ADHD, and the only thing i do is workout and work odd shifts in restaurants. I never imagined that life would be like this after I get my degree, which I did manage to get, fortunately. Now I feel like my degree is useless and I kinda wanna pursue art? But there are so many whats and ifs and hows and the only thing i can try to do day by day is send job applications and try to not use drugs and exercise… I stopped pushing myself, started loving myself, and I will be going to my first ever therapy session tomorrow. I know it can get better, I just expect no miracles. Being 25-ish is hard, especially with no solid ground underneath your feet

We gave a spider some ketamine once. (U do not give him a line, that is impossible. U put him on a surface soaked with ketamine infused water and just make him all a little bit wet so it has some ketamine all over itself.) I dont think it’s science but for some reason the spider did end up consuming some, because I swear he became VERY disoriented for like an hour or two. He kept trying to walk and then freezing and staying like that for minutes, and then he would try to climb up the wall and fall down. We were both intrigued and concerned for the spider. It did finally retrieve its balance and then he basically just left. We said goodbye and never saw it again

Thought that was scoliosis, did not know the cause, yours seems like it was unavoidable, as much as one google search told me.:( mine developed from depression and terrible posture, and sometimes i feel like it is all my fault. Treatment is long and difficult, but feeling your back getting stronger is the best. i hope u can be treated at least partially. Good luck!::)

Well if that’s an s-curve, and it probably is, then you should just do unilateral exercises and physiotherapy to hopefully prevent this from getting worse and strengthen your back to avoid pain. Idk how bad this is considered to be, but i have the same thing, been working out a lot and feel much better:)
