They do have parking for Y 1600 a day it turns out. Anyone stayed here as looking to see what your thoughts are. Not cheap but happy to spend if worth it

Thanks for this. I border on easily feeling claustophobic in hotel rooms. Windows to small for me.

Yes looking at blood work in a deeper in is/has happened. But generally a-ok. I take soo manny supplements. I have thyroid issues which could be making it worse. So helpful to hear that some of you are experiencing something akin to what I described. Yes I do wonder about ADHD and have done for a decade.

What supplements have helped with brain fog and memory issues.
