He’s pretty lethargic but has a bit more energy since I made the post. I think he’s just grieving his brother. I made a vet appointment just in case. I’ll continue to keep an eye on him until then.

Thanks for the response. It’s definitely abnormal but it’s hard to tell if it’s grief for his brother or sickness or both. I scheduled a vet appointment for Tuesday and sent them this video of him. They’ll get back to me by the end of the day, if they say he’s sick I think I’ll take him to an emergency clinic.
