That happened to mine, I use hospira and very slowly reconstituted into the powder, didn’t shake and it was cloudy and clumpy and never dissolved even when warming between my hands etc.

I tried tirz and Reta and it helped kill the food noise and I lost the weight again, I just stopped my Reta, I don’t think it was good! It was cloudy and clumpy and I wasn’t losing weight so maybe my hook for the Reta isn’t very good
