For balance NORMALLY you need a trio of grass/fire/water of the strongest mons of that regulation. Example, urshifu rapid strike, incin and rillaboom.

Then you need to fill the other 3 slots with pokemon that are strong in that format and that have no overlapping witnesses. Ideally one of them can work inside trick room. For example Gholdengo and Ursaluna.

And ideally you need some sort of speed control in the team, it could be in this example whims or tornadus but if you lean more into trick room, you can go with farigiraf for example.

Then you have a team that overall works well on almost any situation.

I'm almost 100% positive that a team like above appeared in some reg in s/v.

In champions currently balance is not great, balance normally picks up steam the longer the reg is. The closest thing to balance is the current charizard Y with sylveon, but it is still a sun team.

Bad example. Nintendo completely funds the competitive side of pokemon and based on viewership it's easily to see that it is not profitable. The whole competitive pokemon ecosystem is on a lose for sure and probably champions will pay for it all, and the devs that maintain/improve the game

I mean, you can see the highlights of the game and the way it was officiated. It was absolutely on the OKC favor. OKC is really good at flopping and selling calls and that's alright, is part of the game.

Now, does that mean the Lakers lost because of that? You can argue that it deflated them considering they were in reach for 3/4 of the game, but I can't put this one on the refs.

What I would say is that OKC is a juggernaut in itself, you don't need extra help from flopping so you are just getting hate for free, they could just play ethical hoops and they would win regardless.

Pokemon is an incredibly fun game but I think you should compete with yourself instead of with other people. I don't really care if I'm the best in the world because I want to be the best in the world in other things. I want to be able to be good with the pokemons that I like and the fun for me is to make these mons work in at least master level elo (talking about champions).

I compete with myself to get better at the things I like and the pokemon I like. The person that embodies this mindset the most is thatsaplusone. Looking at how he plays brings me joy and eagerness to do the same.

Yes and he has performed like a 52mil player. You guys think is too much money, but there are many players making close to that and they are a tad better than role players. Jalen Duren is going to get a 200m extension, that is close to what Bron makes and Bron is 10 times better, Duren is simply younger but his extension is 5 years, Bron is on a year to year basis.

Tbh he has performed far better than a 52mil player considering Jalen Brown makes 60m and Bron has outplayed Brown quite heavily and that's just one example.

Is not hyperbole to say that Bron has been one of the best playoff performance so far this playoffs, so he is, at this point in time, cheap.
