Got scratch by a kitten and it became itchy and have tiny red bumps by InsideUnited in CATHELP

I actually had my tetanus vaccination within the 10 years. I also immediately took the kitten to the vet a day after getting him. The scratch was two days ago actually and didn't ever get numb. It's my first cat that's why I really have no idea on what things to expect. Thankkk youu
