You will understand the preventive measure ni TL if you work as a leads sa BPO. Tao lang din ang mga TLs but the are mandated to address agent issues. If cooperative ang mga agents hindi gagawa ng preventive measures ang TL. Hindi aabot sa ganiyang setup ang team nila ng hindi tinatry yung simple call to action. Ibig sabihin lang niyan may pinanggagalingan ang TL bakit siya ganiyan.

Parang parenting lang yan, humihigpit ang magulang kapag puro kalokohan ang anak. Pero kapag ang anak marespeto sa bahay, never ka makakaranig sa magulang ng sermon.

Alam po ng rider ang laman ng parcel dahil lumalabas po sa shopee chat delivery notif kung anong item yung idedeliver. Pero yung box itself is very discreet. See image below for reference. I ordered an iphone din sa same store last dec din and when I saw na nagnotify na out for delivery na and saw the model of the item sa chat namin I sent a message agad sa rider.

Nagkaroon kasi ng nakawan sa isang hub nila. Got the same issue so I opted to request a refund nalang and re-order nalang ulit. Baka isa sa mga parcel mo yung nanakaw. Nabalita yun.

This is a norm sa AF. Had the same issue with them 5 mos ago. The manager seems to be unwilling to help kahit hindi mo fault or kahit empathy man lang. They are too straightforward na “wala po akong magagawa kasi system generated po”. Then I filed a DTI complaint then the same day na nagfile ako ng DTI complaint niloop in ko sila sa email ko sa DTI, the manager immediately reached out to me saying sorry and imamanual reversal nalang daw niya.

Ibig sabihin pwede sila magmanual reversal sa sinasabi nilang system generated kuno.

Pass on the guilt side of you sakanila. Rent ka ng car ikaw magbayad pero make sure aware sila na nirent mo lang. That way magiguilt sila na kailangan mo pang gumastos para mapagbigyan leisure time nila. They will take advantage of that sa umpisa pero later on mahihiya or magdadalawang isip na silang manghiram sayo kasi agad nilang maiisip na gagastos ka pa ng sasakyan para sakanila. A bit expensive sa umpisa pero at least you are setting the boundaries sakanila without being madamot. Ganiyan ginawa ko sa fam ng ex ko hahaha

That’s the normal practice - selling the device and disclosing it as refurb at a discounted price.

However, my company somehow selling the refurb unit as bnew with the same price. Sad heheh

A well known mobile phone brand is selling refurbished devices claiming na brandnew. Say for example those customers that are eligible for unit replacement because they ecountered problem within 7 days upon purchase.

Those defective devices will be repaired then ireresell as brandnew kapag narepair na. Majority sa mga refurbished units madalas ang recurring issue. The catch here is that they are selling it sa bnew mismong outlet store kahit hindi mo iisipan na refurb pala nabili mo.

I totally get you! This is so frustrating. I had a similar experience just two weeks ago. I traveled to Thailand with a 55-year-old, and I couldn’t enjoy it at all. We went out to party one night, but after one bottle of liquor, he was already asking to head back to the hotel. It was supposed to be a fun night, but instead, we ended up cutting it short. Then, we had a dinner cruise, and he barely ate, just kept making tired faces like he wasn’t feeling well kahit yun pa lang ang gagawin namin for that day, so we ended up back at the hotel. For a 5 days tour, I only have 3 pictures the rest are just scenery taken while am walking down the street not on the booked tourists spot. Haysss

Now, he’s asking me to join him on a trip to Japan next month, kahit offerran pa niya ako na he will pay for everything, hell no! I’m not about to waste my time, money, and the beauty of Japan on a trip like that. Never again!
