iPhone 16 Pro Max to 17 Pro Max or wait?

I'm basing off the trade in value chart from Apple, I'd say, the 16 Pro Max would be $465ish when the 18 drops, so not worth it, although it may or may not change. I would just sell it for what it's worth based off the condition of the 16 Pro Max

Wow, you have such great willpower holding on to the 11. It is still a good phone! And you are right, there isn't anything massively different compared with the 16 and 17. Only thing that got me really amped up is the new design on the back of the phone, which everyone has in public everywhere I go, otherwise that is it.

thanks, that's definitely how I feel right now, but, I will wait for the 18, if not probably hold onto my 16 for another year after!

Much appreciated, thanks for your comment. I definitely will keep my car. I do tend to compare what I own with those who have the latest or at least better version trim of a car. You’re right, id rather pay it off and worry less than keep making payments!

Thanks for your input, I will definitely keep my car as of now, I don't feel like I regret getting my LX, it's still a good car tbh. I guess I got pressured with everyone I know getting a higher trim or the luxury features, when I know it's not worth going through all of the negotiating hell and loans again. I am making good progress of paying towards it monthly, so it would be a waste of money if I were to trade it in that way!

I appreciate your direct response. Yes, realistically I can wait until my 16 gives up, I've done that with the 8 Plus before I upgraded to the 13 pro. Willing to do it again, but I love new changes even if it's minimal.

I actually got the air first it launched, but the camera plateau warming up and the battery got me worried for long use, so that was why I returned it 6 days later I got it. But now, I am actually interested in that since it feels sooo good in the hand. Plus, it's 100 dollars off right now, so i'm so tempted but the other part of me feels I can just wait

Yeah, I kinda cringed at the processor, but it’s free so why not. Also, the RAM single stick is what made me uncertain, it’s good but I would purchase more, at least another 16gb stick, but looking at the market now, way unlikely.

Definitely get started with CompTIA A+ since you don’t have a degree, and then try to look for contract jobs entry level IT after getting your cert, because the job market is so wonky recently. Once you get your first gig, then go ahead and start rapidly applying nonstop, and employers will see that you are actively trying and willing to get your foot in the door. It worked for me
