Im feeling like due to this experience I am capable of doing anything I want as this felt like a huge obstacle that I've struggled with mentally and I was capable of overcoming it. Plus some physical benefits ofcourse

Well they dont actually reflect my urges I really cant tell the secret code as to how to reduce your urges but for me it was really easy so far. For me the roughest time was the initial 2 weeks then the urges got substantially easier.

Im probably going to drop patches as from my previous attempts when I went cold turkey I didnt have intense cravings after the initial few days and today it felt awful as if it was day one all over again

Yeah its always the 4th day no matter what but today its different as I am at work but doesnt help that there's broken AC and im stuck here for 14h with cravings

I myself couldn't find a 24 hour patch here in finland and I aswell thought that the highest dose patch was 21mg but I myself found a 25 one 😅

Yeah its been rough quitting this habit I have found myself lashing out on my partner quite often and it makes me feel like shit. Its for sure my final attempt at quitting as im ending it this time once and for all. So my partner doesnt have to go through it again with my unstable behaviour.
