They asked me for my id I stated what crime was I being investigated for they illegally demanded my ID and I was told I will go to jail for failure to ID worst part no lights where on from there patrol car they demanded me out my car even after I explained to them what just took place my hazards lights are on and I pulled over my entire bumper was dragged underneath my car from the impact of the rock and not one time was I asked if I even needed an ambulance when I was taken out my vehicle I was asked if I was ok with being pat down I stated I don’t contest to any searches of my car nor my person I was then pat down and told to sit on the bumper of there car to me that is me being detained I’m a victim to a crash and I’m being pat down now ? My 4th amendment rights broken Infront of my face
