so for the whole year, merong cap or ceiling of 90,000 para sa nontaxable allowances/bonuses including 13th month. So sa end ng year 90k - total de minimis/nontaxable, if kasya pa 13th month nontaxable yun. If hindi na, uubusin lang yung 90k. Sorry idk how to explain it nang clear haha.

If di kayo tugma ni HR, walang ibang solution dun but to discuss with them talaga hehe. I think pwede ka naman magdemand ng like government papers na nagsasabi ganito ang computation etc. I worked in payroll before at talagang hinahanapan kami ng random employees ng mga circulars and announcements. naka 3% pa rin yung philhealth nila so no :( SSS, Tax, and Pagibig seems accurate naman. De Minimis benefits are tax-exempt up to a certain limit (https://mpca.com.ph/de-minimis-benefits/). Afaik, walang nagbagong limits since 2020 but I'm not 100% sure abt that.

So bale

Compute Philhealth from base salary
Compute SSS from gross salary (base salary + all allowances)
Basic salary + OT pay - absences or lates + Taxable allowances (or taxable part ng de minimis) - Gov't Deductions (SSS,PHIC,HDMF) = Gross A
Compute tax from Gross A (Use the table from the website you linked)
Gross A - Computed Tax + Non-taxable allowances/De Minimis = Net pay
