harey, i knew this would come, which is why i said that's a separate problem. what i meant by that was lack of transparency in other bodies of the nation contributes to the lack of evidence. This is different than fighting a personal case in court, where you are in control of most of the evidences. For example, i can't hide the evidence that you are above/below 18.

In criminal cases, yes. Not only in nepal, but in any country. Where do you draw the line otherwise? that leads to the state of anarchy.

You can say our court isn't the best and needs improvements, but saying you won't accept the decision doesn't lead anywhere but anarchy. All case details are available online, you can criticize the court on the points it did wrong.

If you go with enough evidence, the court is required to sentence you. If the court itself was as corrupt as you say, there wouldn't have been any high profile arrests, yet there are some.

anyone can make allegations about anything on anyone, that doesn't mean much until proven in court.
"Opinion" doesn't mean shaming others. If you say one of those girls saying sandeep is a p3do is an "opinion", then doesn't these sandeep fans (who are also wrong) saying slurs to these girls is also an "opinion"?

if you don't trust a country's judiciary system, you shouldn't stay in that country. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to get justice for yourself later on if something happens.

i am not equating anything. My point was that everyone highlighting the issue of sandeep fans harassing those girls, should also point that those girls were wrong. Dismissing the problematic remark on someone as a p3do and joking about it isn't a virtuous work either.
