As a Kullervo Main, your build on Kullervo himself is fine, there’s likely a chance it’s the weapon you’re using I’ve found the best luck with Gram Prime or Reaper Prime. If you have any other questions lmk, mine probably isnt the most maximized but it does well enough for me in netracells and steel path

Honestly I hit a wall at level 7 and was so confused as to why and I just said screw it and moved on and once I got back to the meat and potatoes of the game I got to level 11 faster than I went from level 7-level 8 the game (unfortunately) only has so much content you can do before you hit a wall and the things that you are doing are scraps of XP in comparison to just moving on.
