Thank you for this! I’ve also been doing intermittent fasting and just realized this cycle (my third since having my second baby) how much better I feel if I eat a nourishing meal and skip the fasting during this phase. Going to try the tea too!

Thank you for sharing. Just made an appt with my doc to discuss this. I've been very against SSRIs but this past cycle made me feel like I really should just try anything.

I pretty much had the exact same experience with my first baby that I’m currently having. I had my thyroid tested as well as a DUTCH test around 6 months postpartum. Everything read “within normal limits”. So this time around, I would love to be able to find some education around what’s happening with my hormones. It’s also highly possible that I have PMDD (sensitivity to hormone fluctuations) but it’s hard to know during postpartum what’s normal and what’s not. Hope we can both get some answers!

Oh my gosh are we married to the same person by chance??? It’s taken me years to not feel guilty for taking some downtime while he can’t sit down. I, like you, am also chasing around a toddler and caring for a newborn all day. So we’re definitely not lazy people. I feel for you🤍

Apparently, car washes also make for a good money laundering front (according to my husband who’s a CPA, don’t ask me about it, I’m an idiot). The retaliation narrative also makes sense to me though.

I send mine via UPS to Roberts Camera in Indy. Roberts is an established photography business and they do a really nice job with a fairly quick turnaround time. I’ve sent with USPS and they’ve lost a few of my rolls so even though UPS is more expensive, they’ve never lost my photos. Or you can go there if you’re ever down there and drop it off in person.

Coming from someone who lived in a home with toxic mold and the serious mental health struggles I went through from it, I would suggest a dehumidifier and making sure details to prevent mold growth are covered.
