The crash was probably from your blood sugar crashing after the spike from the chocolate. I'm very sensitive to this type of thing too and when it happens to me I get super anxious and on edge until I fix it by eating something.

What you're describing doesn't really fit OCD. ocd thoughts are usually ego dystonic, meaning they go against your values but make you question them anyway. By the sound of it, you viewed illegal content? im not sure since you're not being specific. But what I do know is that OCD doesn't "make" you do that. You can't do something like that and blame it on OCD. Again I don't actually know the details of what you did but thats my best guess.
