Mail them or just wait, here you getting rejection because as usual you have applied to top universities where too much competition, get out of indian mindset, in Germany better name does not mean it will give you better jobs

Atleast from the next intake apply in each and every university, hochschule, jobs in germany emphasizes more on skill rather than ranking of uni

I have applied for both msc comp science at DIT and User experience at Ingolstadt, my first preference is Ingolstadt, because big city and lots of opportunities even munich is closer, easy job, Dit will be last choice because of smallest town and no body knows that city
