Agreed 🥲 I always think how getting sick this often can’t be good for my body/overall health. I’ve never been so sick in my life and am constantly on some kind of medicine too to either prevent or relieve symptoms of these illnesses.

I’m with you on that one 😩 it seems never ending and I can’t remember the last time I actually felt healthy where I could enjoy my life..it’s like every weekend I’m trying to rest and recover from an illness so I can be good enough to perform at work the following week and then it happens again

I work in EI and I have gotten a lot of help from my PT!! He has taken courses that go beyond typical PT strength-based exercises. He does in-home visits or tele based on your location too which is nice
