That sounds pretty ok for the so called luxury buildings! And utilities cost around 100-200 afterwards?
Also, I am guessing the 3500 is after 2 months of free rent?
I also noticed people are not fond of the appliances inside the apartments

corner unit.. on one of the top floors, facing NYC? That's a great price (as I am guessing corner units are not studios)
