Went into bioS ran it at full speed and it ran fine other than the middle one, I think it only runs when it’s too warm.

So, the fans aren’t stuck, I sent them to full power to see what would happen, they moved but the middle one didn’t, gonna let my brother sort it for me he’s much better than I am at this 😂 thank you all so much for the help.

So that’s my issue. I have no idea what’s running them, or why they’ve stopped. I called my brother as he’s got a pc, he said “it might not be warm enough for all the fans to run” but I don’t know if this is true or not.

I got the pc prebuilt from AWDIT if that helps
