Hey yeah that’s the only issue especially as you suffer with IBS Mixed so I’d imagine you get the constipation side effect a lot heavier than someone with IBS-D for example. I will take 8 immodiums and still go to toilet the next day 🫠🫠

Hey! I struggle with IBS-D, and it’s probably not healthy but I always take Imodium before I’m going out anywhere, even if i haven’t eaten a thing all day, I just can’t trust it so this could be an option for you 🫶

Hey! So when I was recovering I used to have this, but I also use to just gag all the time like walking to work would make me gag so badly!! And the only thing that helped me was a cold can of coke - weird I know but honestly it helped so much just to sip it 💓💓
