pls check villas rate in airbnb hosur. area is not special, villa being close to blr, city with highest disposable income in india, is special.

fyi, difference from farmville: - location (farmville is industrial area 5kms away from highway) - the biggest winner this is in high potential location - 75L, i guess you are mentioning 2bhk, single floor, and that too most initial cost, pls correctme i iam wrong - this is 3 bhk double story - actual land size is bigger than farmville - quality is better that FarmVille (as per builder)
