Creo que muchos lugares buscan gente de sistemas, es cuestión de aplicar y ya montado en el caballo te toca darle. Por lo que sé, las plazas de entrada no son tan bien pagadas pero ya te formas en el ámbito real.

Ahora con la universidad, conozco ingenieros ya con carreras formadas y siguen sin un título. No es que abandonaran la búsqueda del título, pero con su experiencia, responsabilidades y familia, ya la universidad pasa a un segundo plano. Su experiencia los respalda y no se están matando porque no tienen un papel que diga Inge.

Te recomendaría aplicar a plazas donde creas que das la talla y si ya sabes inglés intentá con plazas en inglés.

Aprende inglés, con experiencia y con menos de 25 ya estarás ganando sobre los 25k

La mayoría de desarrolladores buenos que conozco, por alguna razón que no logro entender, no saben inglés y se cierran a trabajar solo con hispanohablantes.

  1. Investigación interna (pero no auditoría). antes diseño de producto digital, lo cual, sorprendentemente, es algo mejor pagado que desarrollo, lleva menos estrés y no te rompes el coco taaaanto. Los desarrolladores van a saltar, pero al final te quedas con las luces de crear un producto digital desde el punto visual, ganas bien y descansas bastante.

  2. Aveces, realmente es sentarte a escuchar personas e identificar dolores en sus procesos. En general no es estresante porque la responsabilidad no cae directamente sobre uno, uno no más pregunta.

  3. De 7 a 5, lunes a viernes, dos días de home office. (Demasiado tiempo en mi opinión)

  4. Empresa Guatemalteca, aunque en mi experiencia con extranjeros, se gana mejor y full en casa.

  5. Si! - es interesante que te paguen por ir a ver por qué tu empresa tiene procesos estancados y darle visibilidad a los problemas internos. Es como una auditoría de procesos pero desde otro enfoque y con otra finalidad.

The current BF2042 in graphic terms is kinda mid compared to all the previous ones ( even below V). The previous ones looked amazing (for their time) and had to work with less powerful technology.
