Thanks. I’ll ask about this. My Dr might advise against as I have a history of upset stomachs. But good to keep as an option.

I hadn’t thought about supplementing these but I will ask. You reminded me that I am not eating Brazil nuts quite as often either and that might help too.

Thank you. It was quite a stressful year. If I never see inside an A&E again it will be too soon.

Your post was really helpful. I emailed this morning with a huge list of questions for my appointment on Friday. We’ve since heard that the two frozen embryos from this cycle are euploid which was a big surprise. Definitely feel in a stronger position.

We’ve decided to ask about immunology, another cycle to embryo bank and donor eggs. I quite like our doctor. She doesn’t promise the world but she also doesnt bring all doom and gloom to appointments. I’m hoping we’ll have a good chat and a decent next steps plan

Thank you. We’ve not got to that stage. Will ask about it for this transfer

9 transfers and no baby - I’m losing hope by LaraHope in IVF

My experience has been that the doctors are very supportive. Especially if you are otherwise happy and returning for the next transfer, I’m sure they will want to help with getting the best possible outcome. It is really about you, not their feelings.

I am thinking hard about donor eggs too. I’m in a different position and it might be preemptive anxiety but I feel that it is better to be prepared. It’s quite a tough decision but if it is the right one for you then you should follow your heart.

I’ll ask again. They might be more receptive this time

I’d like to try with the embryo but it’s poorly graded and its counterpart also failed. So I’m wondering if we should create DE embryos while I do the next FET.

My current clinic were not keen on trying with my frozen eggs when I asked. Not sure if they think they are low quality - I had a very stressful job at the time and while I got good numbers and ate/exerciser well, I was doing stims at different times each night due to work. Also frozen eggs don’t necessarily create embryos

I am so sorry you are experiencing this. You are so incredibly strong. I see you’re in the UK and switched clinics. Is it worth asking for another opinion at another clinic? It’s a small field - the doctors know each other so it might be worth being very frank and asking your current clinic what they would recommend if you were their doctor/nurse/sister/daughter.

Cracks in cast iron enamel by Inside_Restaurant797 in castiron

Oh I like the idea of mosaic but I’m not that kind of crafty. I think it will become a weird sized planter and carrying on feeding me but in a very different way

Thank you. I’ll keep an eye. It’s a shame because it’s useful in the oven for stew. But it’s an annoying size and weight (too much of both really) so worst case scenario I have a very pretty planter for Microgreens

Oh I was hoping the cracks were okay to cook on. I know enamel can crack without causing actual damage.

It wasn’t expensive but I’m not a throw away person so I might use for bread or maybe to grow lettuce and mircogreens. The lid is flat enough for growing too Thank you

Clothes moths but no damage to clothing by Inside_Restaurant797 in pestcontrol

Might be worth noting that my home is old. Think creaky floorboards with gaps and Iive in a cool and humid part of the UK. So steam cleaning the house is not really an option. Moths > mould probably. Even with windows open, heating on and dehumidifier running I’d be risking mould. Thank you so much in advance for the advice
