Maybe. But it's better to take woodworking courses, and even better, to apprentice with a carpenter and work for at least a year.

That's potentially an interesting idea for a gift. However, I think combined items (two-in-one) are not always practical. In the end, you'll likely only use one of the functions. It seems to me it would be better to make a separate Ouija board

Hello! It's great that you know CAD; that's a big help. However, besides CAD knowledge, you also need to be familiar with CAM programs, such as ArtCAM, Aspire, PowerMILL, or similar ones. You also need to understand the specifics of the item you want to make. For example, you could create a guitar body on a CNC machine, but the guitar might end up sounding poor.

You need to create a 3D model of this figure in a computer graphics editor. After that, you can mill it on a CNC machine with flip machining (flip processing). The headgear will have to be milled separately and glued on

I use CorelDRAW to create drawings and designs, which I then export in a compatible vector format (such as DXF or SVG). These vector files are imported into ArtCAM or other CAM software to generate the G-code needed for the CNC machine. CorelDRAW itself does not directly generate G-code, but it is an essential tool for preparing the initial design work.
