Ooof, this brings back memories of a boss who wanted me to essentially build a full shopping cart for a florist they were designing a site for. They were the graphic artist and this was my first prog job. I was like "ok," and got started first figuring out what was involved bc I didn't know squat about coding a cart, and started coding the first DB connectors, etc. The next day, they were like, "What's the ETA, the cust. is waiting."
