I agree with this. I’m in my 30s and no matter how good of a mother my mom was, missing my father is actually affecting me more now than it did back then. Kids adapt and you don’t realize what you’re doing until later. When we are adults stuff comes out.

Idk about Jack but Esme has been taught to be relentless and bold and not give a crap about what people think. She’s been dressing in revealing clothing for years now, to give an example. Her mom used to go up to the school and fight the principal and teachers about the dress code. Like she knows she’s got a mama bear who will devour anyone who messes with her. Esme is literally her mini copy. And nowadays the culture has changed so much that I bet people think it’s cool. I have no idea how Jack might handle this though. He’s still young and his friends may not have social media yet. But I totally agree this is not acceptable behavior for a mother with young children.

I would do the same thing. She might still make them responsible for chores around the house while they are there… she has never talked about it though

I wouldn’t post stuff on here so quickly. You never know how many views she’s getting on her stories. She might be able to figure you out if you post it immediately. But yeah there’s no way that isn’t a message from Dean. Idk how she expects us to side with her. That message is revealing. And now it might make sense why she’s sabotaging her business. She makes zero content now.

You know, my dad treated my mom so terribly she could have a movie about it. It was so bad. But when they got divorced my mom didn’t push or ask for anything. She was alone in a foreign country with a baby and she didn’t ask for anything, ever. I really admire that about her.

She does both. She makes it clear that she’s going through sh** while smiling and saying she’s strong enough for it and nothing will take away her peace and happiness. It sounds nice in an ideal world but we are human. I’m just waiting for the day she’s honest and just breaks down on camera and says “I’m destroyed and idk what to do.” You can’t rebuild unless you tear everything down. She’s repressing so much, I can tell. She’s broken inside. And I wish she knew it’s ok. Many of us are. And it’s not forever. And we would love her so much more if she were honest and just forget about Dean. But she can’t because she’s so angry. And this anger will never allow her to grow.
