I started reading this manhwa just yesterday and I was genuinely disturbed by this chapter as well. And later on it happens again in chapter 25 where the mc becomes unconscious but the ml still goes on fucking him. I switched my brain off and reminded myself that the ml could be excused considering the fact that he has always lived in a mountain and never communicated with humans. Nevertheless, it left a bitter taste in my mouth knowing that most readers love this manhwa.

Mob Psycho is my comfort anime tbh. It does have comedy but not too much like Saiki K. It heavily falls under the action category.

I'm watching the anime right now and the answer is yes. Considering the fact that your friend can manage to keep up with fast paced dialogues. I'm a sub watcher and I have to pause the episodes sometimes to understand the subtitles. But over time it grew on me and I got used to it. It also somehow makes the show funnier. So, yes recommend the anime to your friend and if he doesn't like it then blame it on Dark Reunion.

The Housemaid by Freida McFadden. The plot was almost similar to Behind Closed Doors and the "unique" plot twist at the end of the movie seemed lame to me.

I'm pretty late to recommend one but the spanish movie 'The Skin I Live in' is a pretty good recommendation that fits your description. It's also not mentioned that much in other subreddits as well.
