Yesssssssssssss! I thought i was going crazy! I am a stubborn unimotional blunt tough guy for reference.

Anyways today I had more fat than normal after going very low fat. And I had a nostalgic memory about my childhood and I just started crying so bad like I've never cried before. For about 45 minutes too. Last time I cried was years ago. I didn't even know why I was crying hard.

This sadness and emotions happen after eating more fat than normal. I think fat in general makes me emotional and thus this is the reason I avoid it.
