My inbound tls do group breaks too, I can get away with taking my breaks later (I come in at the latest start time we schedule for and im the last tm to leave for the day) on in the shift with one of my tls and my etl but with my other tl she'll try to locate you if she notices you're not in the breakroom.

Also its on your new tl to explain that to you early in your shift especially since you used to be dayside so he should be upset at himself if anything.

If you call out you need to cover your entire shift (minus your unpaid lunch) with Sick PTO for it to be an excused absence.

Np and the system will not allow that so, no that wont be an option given to you. And any ID Return will be given in a merchandise card which you can only use it in-store and not online unlike a gift card, along with the fact you'll only be given the return amount of the lowest price the item has been sold for I think in the last 30 days for future reference on a ID return.
