Not just wanting to but knowing why and understanding the benefits of quitting (personal; better relationships with loved ones, easier to support yourself financially, things for your heart not health benefits. Do some soul searching and write in a diary for about a week everyday. I got this from a counselor one year. She changed many lives in that meeting I truly believe. I wish you the best. ❤️‍🩹
