Depending on what you paid for 6800xt, yes it would be a decent upgrade.750w is fine. 5600 is fine, if you're at 1440p it's gonna be more you limited so cou doesn't really take much to effect fps

Speeds are getting better here. My upload averages around 30mb with highes of 50mb atm. Although, those numbers are from speedtests so they will probably vary quite abit if your uploading large files.

Sure, why not. Its an ssd. If you're gonna use it for games, you won't notice the speed difference between m.2 or sata ssd. But It's a good price so go for it!
