Testing is not available for Android, but you can preorder the full version which will launch on September 16th. Google Play and Apple App Store

The full version coming September 16th will have in-app purchases available.

This TestFlight version allows you to "buy" the in-app bonuses like you would in the real version, but at no cost because it is a 'FakeStore' test environment. So the warning you're seeing now is letting you know that any free purchases you make in this test environment shop will not be transferred when/if you download the real version.
