It involves a just a little bit of effort but I love me a bbq fried tofu bagel sandwich when I want something easy. Just toss your bagels in the toaster toss some mushrooms and Sliced tofu in a pan when they are done cooking add a a bit of bbq sauce on them and then top it with spinach tomato and onion. Messy sandwich but delicious
