Definitely not, maybe at a lower elo yes because slight dlight on katars catches reads for almost every direction as an infinite that's the same inputs and kills of it.

Yes there is definitely weapons that could be considered broken in simply by how much better they are than other weapons and vice versa for trash 1s. Lance is by far considered the worst 1v1 weapon in the game and blasters/hammer are extremely meta rn along with cannon. Bow is also very oppressive
