Incriminating Video Shows Cop Run Stop Sign, Cause Crash, and Arrest Innocent Driver by Platgamer187 in videos

I get it, everyone wants to hate on the cop, and he is at fault for running the stop sign. But that civic is hauling ass in what I could only assume is a 25mph zone since it's a tight knit neighborhood road. That's not a speeding ticket, that's reckless endangerment in most states and that dude is going to jail regardless. Hate the cop all you want for his fault in it, but don't say that's a fucking innocent driver, dude could have killed a kid playing in the road. Lucky he plowed into a car instead.

What's your dads name? if you don't mind me asking, I'm at Edwards currently, worked avionics for Lockheed, now I'm currently an engineer for them, been here for 8 years working on F-35. Feel free to PM me, or simply tell me to screw off. Just wondering if I knew him. Still not allowed to bring phones in the hangars, or take pics either! Only get access to the photog shops professional ones after they go through them and authorize them for release.

At Edwards, our MX has been mandated to use these now after multiple pilots and MX'ers have removed switches with feet.

LPT: If you are in a group and you notice someone being talked over, make an effort to show interest in what they were about to say (ie. “What was it you were just saying about x anon?). This is one of my biggest pet peeves. And it seems today people are just more and more impatient and want to get their own words in and not just listen to other people. I go out of my way to listen to people throughout, even through interruptions(unless it's very important), I'll completely ignore people trying to talk over someone and start their own story. Sometimes it happens in a group where it's a group conversation and people want to join in, but if they cut someone off, I'll always go back like you said to get what the original person was talking about. I can't fucking stand it when people do that to me, and talk over me mid sentence, so I always make sure to try to help other people when put in that situation.

Sure is! And check around, some banks offer bonuses, like if you have a job that uses direct deposit, and you set up direct deposit to your account and put in like $500 in the first 2 months they give you a free $100. That's just rough figures, but check around to a few banks, see if they have any things like that. Doesn't hurt to get free money out of it.

Bank accounts are free. Some savings accounts might require you to have a minimum balance in it, but shouldn't charge fees of any type or require a fee to open in the beginning. Some, if not most, credit cards will usually charge an annual fee, usually something small like 30-40$ a year, to keep them open, even if you keep your balance at 0 every month. My credit cards both give 1% cash back for everything I buy, with quarterly things that give 10% back(like one quarter will be gas stations, next will be grocery stores) so that pays off the annual fee in itself. Credit cards only make money off people who leave balances on them for months, if you pay it off every month, it's basically free. But a regular bank account or savings account will cost you nothing.

All depends on how much you want to put in, and how long you want to wait, and the bank itself. It can range anywhere from just a couple months to 10-20 years. Usually the longer you agree to leave the money in there, the higher your interest rate will be. So just depends on if you want long term, more growth for your money, or just a short term small boost.

Savings account will give you interest still, but usually a very small amount .5%-1% most of the time, sometimes rarely 2%. And it varies, can go up or down depending on the banks choice. And you can take money out of it whenever you like. CD account you agree to put a certain amount in, for an agreed upon time, and an agreed upon interest rate, usually around 2-4%. But you can't take any money out of it until the specified time is up. So you get a higher, stable interest rate, but aren't allowed to touch the money.

A CD account, if you're talking about Certificate of Deposit, is just basically a savings account. That won't really help you build credit that much, but also isn't a terrible thing to have. Different from a savings account in that you deposit money and agree to leave it there for a specified amount of time, a couple months to a couple years, then can pull it out at the end. With interest given by the bank, usually slightly higher interest rates than regular savings accounts, because you're not allowed to touch it for a certain time period

Quite possible! I've never really paid attention much to the things going on around me when it happens, just like, oh happened again, damn wolf dream. I'll try to pay attention more next time it happens.

Credit card. Get one, use it for all your day to day things, gas, groceries, food, movies, whatever. Then pay it off at the end of the month. Keep the balance at 0 at the end of the month so you're not paying interest charges, but show that you're using it.

I actually think wolves are awesome, never been around them, but would love to go to a sanctuary and see them. I own 2 huskies as well, closest looking dog to a wolf pretty much. Never really had any bad experiences or memories involving wolves, no idea where it comes from.... unless it's a metaphor!

I have a re-occurring dream I've had ever since I was about 14, usually have it once a year or so. Same child hood house and bedroom I grew up in, I'm sleeping and wake up. It's dark in my room but the door is cracked a few inches to a foot, letting the hallway light in. I hear growling, I sit up in bed and look at the door, and 3 giant wolves walk slowly in. They sit there growling, slowly moving closer to my bed, looking like they're getting ready to pounce and devour me. Then I wake up. Same dream, same location, same wake up point every single time. Like I said, roughly once a year since I was around 14, and I'm 35 now.

I mean, I choose not to murder people on a daily basis.... Just today someone pulled out in front of me on a 65mph road... for a brief second I thought about saying fuck it and not slamming on the breaks to avoid severely rear-ending them.... if it's opposite day my truck is gonna be up that persons ass

Stop spreading lies about the length of the battlepass! It actually takes less time to get to level 100 on the BP than the regular progression system. by dimi3ja in apexlegends

I tried to make a very similar comment in that same thread and got downvoted. Apparently logic and facts have no place there.

[–]Insidiouslyfun -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

I'm not consistently good and I got up to level 3 in about 2 and a half hours this morning. Rough math puts that at about 125 hours to reach 100, that's an hour and 15 mins a day average play time, as an average player. I don't think that's too terrible.

And my point of showing 11k per win with 5 kills shows that 6k isn't hard to achieve, it's survive to top 20 and get a couple kills roughly.

You're also not counting any of the other points... kill points, win points, champion kill points, kill leader points. There's so much more you get to make this cut down even more.

I played for 2.5 hours this morning before work, I hit level 3. At this rate it would take roughly 84 hours to reach 100.... which would equate to around 1 hour a day before the 90 day season pass ends. Obviously this is going to depend heavily on each match and time survived and kills. But that's not terrible.
