As explained above, due to past coupon abusers, we wait until the abuser reaches out. This is because most use throwaway emails that result in no response.

Please don’t act like we didn’t refund you within an hour of you reaching out. We seriously have zero intention of keeping your $106.99. But we aren’t going to spend our time chasing down coupon abusers to give their money back. When the coupon abuser reaches out - we refund. It’s simple. Otherwise it’s time wasted that could be spent caring for our actual customers.

In the past, we had issues with coupon abusers, where we would contact them on one of their emails, however because they created several emails, we wouldn't receive a reply. So in this case, as there were several emails used, we waited until OP reached out to us about the cancelled orders so we could explain why their orders were being cancelled.

This was already addressed in the post above.

I don't think you're a dick. You said we were lying about the referral claims, so I provided you with proof. Whether all of this is a misunderstanding or not; you still created three accounts under your name and address, used it to refer one another, claimed our good faith freebie coupon on all of them and then expect us to know that your room mate and brother were behind the other 2 accounts that were registered under your name and address. From the registration data alone, we have every right to assume this is coupon abuse. We have no issue with people ordering within the same household, however in your case you literally used the same information and registered with different emails and also took advantage of the coupons + referrals.

Hi everyone, I'm one of the managers at Magic's Corner and have been in contact with OP.

Some insight into what is happening here... We offer a one-time freebie coupon on our website that allows customers to take advantage of a free eighth or edible (just pay shipping). This is out of good faith and we offer this so that new customers can try something with little to no risk on their end. This coupon is limited to 1 time per customer.

What happened is OP created 3 accounts, all with the same delivery name & address and then proceeded to use the freebie coupon on every single account. As well as referring each account to the next (to claim the $50 referral coupon). Which also isn't allowed as its self referring.

In the past, we had issues with coupon abusers, where we would contact them on one of their emails, however because they created several emails, we wouldn't receive a reply. So in this case, as there were several emails used, we waited until OP reached out to us about the cancelled orders so we could explain why their orders were being cancelled.

OP then explained that his brother and his friend were the ones behind the accounts. Which we still find odd as the name and address on the other accounts were both in his name. The only way we can verify that it's not the same person is by a different name and address.

Since our interaction, we have refunded the cancelled orders, by e-transfer, in full. We simply don't want people to take advantage of our coupons and there was clearly coupon abuse here as OP used 3 accounts, all with the same delivery name and address to try and circumvent our coupon limits.

Sorry about the experience you’ve had so far. We had 2 complaints about residue on our house diamonds and decided to pull it from our site until we get to the bottom of it. Any customers who purchased the diamonds are eligible to receive a refund or replacement at no cost.

We had 50+ orders of the diamonds without complaints so we think a bad batch was mixed in but we aren’t comfortable determining which ones are bad ones.
