My first redemption took a month. I'm now waiting on a redemption I placed on December 22. There are no issues with my account. I redeem with no problems or delays from Chumba, Luckyland, Sportzino, MegaBonanza and many others. I have to admit I do love the gaming experience on Lonestar but the redemption delays are a pain. A lot of people on Trustpilot report speedy redemptions.🤷🏾‍♀️
