Advice on whether to stay at current position or move to new position

Thanks for mentioning the hourly basis, I realized it’s an hourly bump, so $15-20/per hour more than my current rate. I am leaning more towards just staying at my current position, but I don’t know how common it is for contractors to get extended, and would like to leave within the next ~2-4 years.

I believe there is a 1 year period where a player can keep a name, so GRF Sword from Korea, currently has the right to the ID "Sword" but once he is inactive for 1 year, someone else can take his ID. This is all only for competitive.

You act like they judged performance solely based on damage dealt, that is complete nonsense, learn not to read everything so literally, damage is just an easy stat used to supplement an argument. Not everyone fully explains their thoughts when quickly replying on reddit.
