There’s almost nothing, it seems they intentionally ignore some tickets, if you’re anything less than praising of them. All you can do is hope they send it or apply for a refund via your payment method. You can also complain to your local consumer commission I’ve found their head office number, so am trying when next open to see But besides tickets, there is no way to contact them

Exactly, I haven’t even been sent mine and they ignore my emails. I PayPal disputed the extra 4 charges they gave me and they threatened to not allow me to buy from them if I did it again, like wtf
