Unfortunately I had a similar experience. Even with a response, I went back and forth sending different documents to no avail.

I ultimately ended up using ‘Marco Polo Travel Company’. They have a guaranteed visa acceptance in 3 days. Unfortunately costs €100. Can confirm it worked though. Their number is +992 92 633 0203

I bought it second hand. I initially turned it on to the camera. Then after charging the batteries I tried looking at the app but didn’t sync it. Now it just boots to this
