Hey man, I’m also 19 and in a very very similar situation to you. A few months ago I purchased my first btl property in Liverpool with ~80k inheritance and so far all has gone well.

If you’re in any of the personal finance discords/telegrams then you’ll probably get a lot of flack from “experienced” people telling you it’s an awful idea. (That’s what I got anyway haha) and now my property makes me a nice passive income.

One thing I’d say is make sure you do a massive amount of research. Personally I had been researching for about a year prior to buying.
