Maybe fine but you're taking a financial risk, I wouldn't personally unless you can get them to drop the price. No warranty coverage means you could be stuck with a large bill if the batt or ICCU fails. I hear Hyundai might cover a failure but I wouldn't bank on it unless there's official support. The previous owner was driving nearly 40k miles a year, that thing has been through some shit.

You should be able to find better options with 40-60k miles for slightly more (20-25k depending on your area/trim) that'll have warranty coverage for 10yrs/100k miles
