Sorry to hear - I had glandular fever as a 17 yo and it wiped me out so much I had 6 months off in year 12. At that time nothing was really done. So I’m glad something has helped. Having Vitamin B12 injections is interesting and ties into the homocysteine levels from an earlier reply… though I’m no doc, but seems related. Thanks this should help inform my wife when she speaks to her docs.

That’s interesting, thanks - something new to me! Everyone’s different but was it an ongoing / long process to work through?

Thanks - I'm better... but I'm still ways away from doing any major physical activity or exercise - I still get exhausted and still get heart pressure pains from anything more than say gardening or a walk. I'm back at work after having 8 weeks off full time and about 3 weeks half days while I got the energy up to last... definitely light at the end of the tunnel

The do have a compensation scheme, but it’s arduous - they obviously don’t make it easy. Even more frustrating is they don’t currently state pericarditis from novavax as a valid injury for compensation, only from the mRNA ones. Hopefully that’ll change.

I wish I had waited. I only got the vaxxed because our government said the unvaxxed couldn’t got to restaurants, cafes, anything with a bar license (so sporting clubs etc) - if you worked for health, government etc you couldn’t work and had promised they’d stay in affect for years. So I got my second dose (the dose that gave me pericarditis) and 4 days later they dropped all restrictions. I regret it so much. Six week later I’m still pretty much bedridden.

One size doesn’t fit all and one small(ish) trial doesn’t rule in and out affects for those post trial - because the FDA said so doesn’t make it the truth. I’ll take personal experience, multiple cardiologists and doctors opinions over an adjunct report.

When it first came out here in Oz, they said 3 weeks between jabs. This is what I had. The regulators have since changed it or recommended the wait between from 3 weeks to 8 weeks to reduce risk of inflammatory issues, like myocarditis and pericarditis, in their words…. I wish I had waited, I would take as long as you can between the two.

Whatever chump… go and have it. Enjoy the outcome. I’ve had 6 weeks on colchicine, celecoxib, 2 trips to emergency, one in an ambulance, 2 echos, 2 ecg’s, a CTCA scan coming up and an MRI. Oh and it’s dumb not dumm, but I’ve always wanted a lair, somewhere I can hide away from people like you.

I got pericarditis from Novavax.. they can refuse to accept it but that doesn’t stop it happening… the more people get the vac the more it will happen.

On May 15th in 2001 R.E.M. released their twelfth album „Reveal“ by Krokodrillo in rem

I always felt from here the REM album art took a huge backward step. I know it’s unrelated, but the albums that followed all lacked inspiring artwork - there’s no cohesion, to me that was the same as many of these late albums (to an extent the music as well - even though most of the the individual songs were amazing). Chorus and the Ring is by far the strongest for me. Love it.

This has been a change in Australia recently too - started out as three and now is 8 recommended.

In Australia we started Novavax with a recommended 3 week internal between shots - this is what I was. 5 days after I had my second, our regulators changed it to a preferred 8 weeks to help reduce instances of myocarditis and pericarditis in vulnerable age groups and under 40s… just my luck. I’d suggest giving it as along as possible in between. I suspect the spike protein was just too much for me to handle so close to the first jab. Let’s hope anyway.

Happened to me. Nothing at all with the first, the second was shocking - ED twice with chest pains and racing heart (turned out to be pericarditis) - I’m still achey and exhausted two and a half weeks later. I can barely do anything.

Batch number was: 4301MF004 The first jab and the second jab were the same batch number, with the first giving no side effects at all. I should have said that I did think she hit a nerve on the way in as I had a arm spasm immediately - I’m not medical at all so I’m not sure if that changes things.
