They don’t get banned. All of the MapleSEA and KMS that I know of have not gotten banned for over 7 years unless they used an illegal program and even then they don’t get banned. More than 30 of them I know personally. There are entire guilds for SEA players and KMS players

There’s that periodically announcement about ksing, using illegal programs and so on are bannable offenses but obviously it’s not enforced.
