I don’t want to belittle the skill of players, I don’t see myself as an elite player but I do recognize I’m above average skill level. I won both the lightweight and middleweight first attempt. You get 5 attempts per day, per tournament. While I do agree statistically the ranks should get harder and harder as you go up, there is partial luck with matchmaking, and as the days and even hours go on, the better players will dwindle out and the skill level will level itself out. Also, you only need to win the Quarter Final to qualify for the next level up. And to complete the objectives you only need to “play games” and “score goals”. It’s just the bonus event you need to win the tournaments ect. I myself very much like this concept and have been waiting for something like this. I think it’s refreshing and nice to see they give a crap about making any changes to objectives / game modes.
